All packages are ready-to-go, fully set up for you, and customizable based on your space, timing, and preferences — without requiring you to plan or coordinate while you’re away.

    • Styling enhancements to elevate the main celebration area

    • The One Discount Club Wristband: One wristband included . Additional wristbands available per adult

    Optional coordination support (NOT included in base price):

    • Celebration cake coordination: Ordering and delivery timing
      Cake cost paid separately

    • Food coordination: Restaurant reservations, Grazing table setup, or Light catering coordination

    • Family Rave tickets are INCLUDED in the base package price. Includes:Up to 2 adults. Up to 3 children under 12

How Our Packages Work

Our packages are starting points for planning.

Each package includes a defined level of styling and coordination.
Anything beyond what is listed — additional décor, vendors, food, or experiences — is quoted and invoiced separately.

This allows your celebration to stay flexible, intentional, and tailored to your family.

  • A simple, joyful celebration setup that is ready for your family without requiring planning or coordination on your end.

    Includes:

    • Celebration styling for ONE designated area: Hotel room OR One area within an apartment or villa OR Reserved section at a partner restaurant or beach club

    • Family-friendly balloon décor
      (pre-set design, no custom installations or large builds)

    • Coordinated décor elements suitable for children and families: Tabletop accents, Backdrop elements, Themed touches based on age or occasion

    • Personalized celebration sign: Name and/or age. Photo option available

    • Advance planning and coordination

    • 20% off Family Rave tickets during your stay

    • Full setup completed: Prior to arrival OR At a scheduled time during your stay

    • Standard breakdown following the celebration
      (within venue access guidelines)

    Does NOT include:

    • Additional rooms or multiple setup areas

    • Outdoor spaces or large-scale installations

    • Food, cake, candy bars, waffle carts, or catering

    • Entertainment, photographers, or specialty vendors

    • Food & celebration coordination: including: Private chef options, Restaurant reservations, Grazing tables

    • Waffle cart coordination (when available)

    • Celebration cake coordination - Sourcing, ordering, and delivery timing

    • Planning support prior to arrival

Add-Ons & Enhancements

  • Private chef services, live waffle or mini pancake carts, grazing tables, or coordinated food moments designed to add a relaxed, enjoyable experience for both children and adults. Availability depends on location and accommodation.

  • We can source, order, and coordinate delivery timing for your celebration cake. Cake costs are paid directly to the vendor.

  • Styling for extra rooms, dining spaces, outdoor tables, or shared areas beyond what is included in your selected package.

  • Support with booking age-appropriate entertainment, family activities, or special experiences aligned with your celebration.

  • Additional setup time or extended vendor presence when your celebration requires a longer window or more detailed coordination.

  • Access to family-friendly experiences through our partners at The One Experience, including water parks, beach clubs, boat cruises, and special activity days.

  • Thoughtfully selected keepsakes for children and guests, such as personalized items, small gift boxes, or themed favors designed to reflect the celebration and travel experience.
